Can I still buy through a dealer?

Yes, and you pay the same price. Our authorized retail partners don’t mark up Phoenix homes; we pay them a commission instead. Choose whichever is easier for you: buy direct from our plant, or work with a Phoenix retail partner near you.

How do I get my delivered price?

Enter your ZIP code on any model page and our calculator estimates freight at $10 per mile from our Greenville, AL plant ($1,000 minimum). Final freight is based on the permitted route established by the DOT and is confirmed before your order is finalized.

Can I visit the plant?
